The first meeting of the US CSVs was a wonderful
experience. It was amazing to see for the first time in our
lives, six of these graceful and intelligent dogs. Our setting
was the blue ridge mountains of Virginia, fully alive with the
bounty of summer. The stories and the learning from one
another were rich, and I dearly look forward to the next
gathering of the Vlcaks of the US. Many thank yous to all
who attended, and to John Slawek especially, for acting as
our tour guide of the area!
