Sable
Sable (ZobleKonigen vom WIldenmorgen - which
translates to "Sable Queen of Wild Acres", I think) is a 3
year old German Shepherd,  Sable is obedient, protective,
and Goofy. At Galomy Oak,  Sable is the peacemaker of the
bunch. She was originally purchased as a dog to train in
agility, but neither her temperament (lazy and placid) or
structure (read below) lived up to the intentions. Luckily,
Sable is a great companion, and deals very well with the
zany wolfdogs.It is impossible not to love Sable once you
meet her. Besides the puppy, she is the Omega in the pack -
she is not quite as agile, or as clever as our other dogs.
She is very loving and loyal. Lately, it's been noticed that
Sable has a certain kink in her walk, and doesn't move as
freely as would be hoped for a young dog - this is
possibly early dysplasia.

Sable is not an excellent specimen of her breed, and
doesn't have much to offer in terms of genetics. Because
of these two factors, Sable will never be bred, The choice
was made to not spay her, to avoid the risk of a change in
temperament with regards to the other dogs. .
